Powkiddy is a brand that produces retro handheld game consoles that allow users to play classic video games from the past.
Powkiddy consoles allow users to play classic video games from platforms such as Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo, Super Nintendo, and Sega Genesis, among others.
Each console supports a variety of menu languages, and most pre installed games also support at least 5 languages that include; English, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Korean and more.
Shipping times vary per country, our processing times are 1-3 days for packaging and quality check, then between 9-17 days shipping worldwide dependent on the destination country.

We offer shipping to all Arab countries, with a few exceptions. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to any reason, we will promptly contact you and issue a full refund.

Depending on your order location most orders will arrive within 10-15 business days once they have been processed. Processing take 1-3 business days.

Shipping cost is dependent per country however we often run free shipping deals.

We are very sorry if your order is delayed, on occasion orders are delayed in customs or local carriers have local delays. We recommend checking our New & Updates page for information on order delays.

If the items in your order are in stock they will be shipped within 1-3 days, we take some extra time to test and package our orders so they arrive safely in working condition.

You shouldn’t have to pay any import or duty tax however this may be applied to bigger orders, please check with your local courier upon receiving your order if you are unsure.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in mainland China.
